FAQ

Q: Will this work with BMW NBT EVO (after 2016)?
A: No — this screen is designed strictly for NBT (2012–2015) head units with a 6-pin LVDS connector. For NBT EVO (ID5/ID6), this kit is not compatible. 

Q: Do I lose iDrive, steering-wheel controls or original BMW functions?
A: No. The upgrade retains all original controls, including iDrive knob, steering-wheel buttons, OEM mic, and car’s original menu. You can always switch back to stock NBT system interface. 

Q: Can I keep my backup camera and parking sensors?
A: Yes. The kit supports OEM or aftermarket cameras and preserves parking sensor overlays. Front / rear / 360° camera support available if wiring is configured. 

Q: Is installation complicated?
